Why we should not use the Bio-metric System in GE13

Here, I will talk about the Bio-Metric System

Manipulating the system
Administration or person in charge of the system can adjusted the system manually. Just ask any HR person, if the company is using a Bio-Metric system to track employee in and out time then they can also adjust the time clock in or out, or to add and remove employee details.

So now, who is in charge of this system? The EC...Does the EC have power? no why BECAUSE they are controlled by the Federal Government. Did I say Federal Government = BN? Oh Hell NO!!!

Basically, it can be Manipulated!!! or add in phantom voters or illegal immigrants...

Data Input

1) We already have 2,000,000 Illegal immigrants being granted amnesty in Sabah which means they will be given the Bumiputra status which also allow them to vote and register themselves in the Biometric System.

2) July 2011, our government again said that they will grant amnesty to illegal immigrants again. They just need to identify and register themselves. (How many more illegal immigrants do we still have in Malaysia?)

3) Statistics shows that, on average each family only have 2-3 children compare to the 40,50 and 60 where each family will have 3-6 or even more children. None the less, our population seems to increase drastically.

According to CIA The World Factbook, Year 2008, we only have 25,274,130 population in our country.

However, in Year 2011, we have 28,728,608 population in our country.

28,728,608 - 25,274,130 = 3,454,478 extra Malaysians in our country within 3 years ++ after the last GE12. WOW!!! Considering our population growth rate is about 1.57% only. How can we have more than 3.45 million extra population? You got the answer above.

Aging - Finger lines
As long as we are still young and healthy, the Bio-Metric system can still detect our finger lines, but if you would to ask my grandmother who is 70+ to go and vote and scan her thumb.....THE SYSTEM CANNOT DETECT or SCAN her finger print...

WTF WHY? because her finger lines has faded due to old age and wrinkle. This is going to be a BIG BIG BIG problem for our older generation as their thumb print in the current bio metric system may be different.

Scan Fail, Cannot be detected. CANNOT VOTE!!!

With these 3 points above I think it is more than enough for us to REJECT REJECT REJECT the Bio Metric system to be used for our GE13...

Another 7 more disadvantage of Bio-metric system

Ops Scorpene

Wanted to post and update after the dinner but I was too tired...Sorry for that...Even before I can post anything about William Bourdon he was arrested at KLIA today.
Landed in Penang and entering without any problem by the immigration. Went for a dinner and gave a speech. I guess this is very normal, many CEO, Director or even manager enter into Malaysia for work purpose, may it be a day trip or even for weeks. Again I mention, it is normal.

I have even seen visiting professors entering into Malaysia and giving opening speech during graduation. Anything wrong about that? No...This is the same as what William Bourdon did...Came in and gave a speech during the Ops Scorpene.

Bersih 2.0 - Will US intervene?

Four international human rights organisation has written to US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton to denounce Malaysian government’s behavior with regards to Bersih 2.0 rally.

The four Human Rights organisation were Amnesty International USA, Human Rights Watch, Freedom House and Physicians for Human Rights.

In the letter dated 8 July, it mentioned that these organisation was disappointed because US only gave a reminder to Malaysia the importance of respecting human rights.

They have also reminded Hillary Clinton that she presented BERSIH 2.0 chairperson S. Ambiga with the International Woman of Courage Award in 2009.

The 4 Human Rights organisation also urged Hillary Clinton to denounce publicly the Malaysian government’s behavior for being contradicting to democratic principles and being a member of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC), Malaysian has gone against their obligations to up hold Human Rights.

US which is a country with political and economic connection with Malaysia, should not keep silent when there is a violation on basic civil liberties and human rights.

Malaysian government’s action which goes against fundamental basic rights to free assembly and expression, should be condemn since it has been given membership to the UNHRC.

Also in the letter, a request for US to publicly demand the Malaysian government should stop all harassment and prosecution on all Bersih supporters, lift the ban on Bersih, launch an independent, impartial and transparent investigation into the crackdown, and hold accountable those officers found to have used excessive force.

Releasing of the 6 Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) leaders were their next concern since the detention of the 6 under the Emergency Ordinance (EO)

“We want the US government to publicly call on the Malaysian government to immediately end all use of preventive detention to hold Bersih, PSM supporters, and other groups that advocate peacefully and stop using laws that provide for preventive detention for political reasons,” the letter said.

It also asked that the US government take the seriousness and timeliness of its Malaysian counterpart’s response to these concerns when considering a possible visit by President Barack Obama to Malaysia later this year.

Najib - Body language dont lie ^_^

This is the biggest liar trying to fool the world but his body and facial expression gave him away. - Najib Razak

Najib Razak lies during interview on CNN - July 2011

To view on youtube,

This is the interview session of Najib on CNN recently. As we can clearly see it was full of lies. My next post will show you why. Or for those of you than understand body language, especially facial expression, you will see everything clearly...

  • Did you hear that Najib supports a free and fair election? I know I did...Then why was almost 1700 people arrested? Then why even until now, people are still being arrested for standing up for a free and fair election? What nonsense are you talking about, Najib?

It is not just about BERSIH, but he lied throughout the whole interview...When someone is nervous and lying, they will give out a sign, movement, expression, posture or actions which are uncommon.

    Try to identify them...

David Cameron skip lunch meeting on Najib

David Cameron skip luncheon. It was one hot topic in London that kept everyone in puzzled. Why did David Cameroon cancel his lunch meeting with Najib?

Some said that it was because Cameron did not agree and oppose the methods taken by Najib on handling human rights issue in Malaysia especially the harsh treatment on BERSIH demonstrators. Some said that Cameron was just too busy as he had other more important things to dealt with.

However, no matter what people say or speculate, it gives a bad impression to Najib, the PM of Malaysia.

This picture taken by Reuters. It was as if David Cameron was FORCE to shake Najib's hand. It clearly shows that David Cameron was feeling uneasy by his face expression.

This was also reported in Sarawak Report

There were demonstrators too, gathering peacefully along the streets and police was friendly. Nonetheless, Malaysia Secret service officers where present too, frantically taking photos of the crowd to find out what are they doing there in BERSIH T-Shirt and slogans and also to make it difficult for the demonstrators.

The joke of the day was, Najib came in with his convoy and guess what he did. He wave to the demonstrators as if they were there to give him support. Which we all know it was the total opposite. Najib did not even go over to shook or greet any Malaysian there ask he knows the real truth.

NAJIB - A let down in UK

A massive crowd turn out in London to give a huge "BOOOOOO" to Najib at Mansion House which is the official residence of the City of London's Mayer. The turn out was even bigger than yesterday at Downing Street. The crowd was joined by Amnesty International, who have lashed out on Malaysian Authorities and Government on the harsh treatment on BERSIH demonstrators. In the UK, Amnesty commands considerable respect from authorities, NGO and government bodies.

Najib trip to UK was to attract potential investors. However, it was a true embarrassment because investors from developed countries such as UK will prefer to invest in countries with proper human rights and surely they will not be interested if there are many unhappy middle class, such as in Malaysia.

Only a few foreign investors turned up at the end and even some of the investors went over to have a chat with the crowd of protesters before heading in for the meeting. One of the investor said, we are well aware of the human rights issue in Malaysia and we are monitoring closely as it is and issue that we are concern.

BERSIH 2.0 is a civilize rally!

Look at how a democratic country acts. CIVILIZE!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGcff9D7BVo

30 July a demonstration in London, more than 500,000 people came out to took part with police escorting civilians. Even children came out to walk together peacefully.

Look, Police are escorting civilians as they were walking down the streets to voice our the rights.

OK! Now looking back at our country, Malaysia!

Since last week police has been arresting Civilians in BERSIH T-Shirt or even Yellow T-Shirt. Police raided BERSIH's Office. Police ARRESTING people and opposition leaders in public places like in the MARKET and COFFEE SHOPS. What kind of Police Officers do we have here? One thing for sure, Police here in Malaysia do not act INDEPENDENTLY.

Hishammuddin announced that BERSIH is HARAM (Illegal) with no solid facts. Police said it's disturbing the public so they arrest. What kind of NONSENSE is this?

BERSIH Rally has not even started. Where as PERKASA and PATRIOT which is under BARISAN NASIONAL has already came out to rally twice, Once in PKR Headquarters and again in GeorgeTown. Destroying public properties and causing havoc. Threatening to use violence and force to go against BERSIH! Threatening to use SILAT to go against BERSIH! BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AGAINST THEM!!!

We are living in a developing country...Trying to become a 1st world country but with a 3rd world GOVERNMENT! With BN, PERKASA & PARTIOT = GONE CASE!!!

Last minute Dialog? What's PM's intention?

Its not just about meeting BERSIH! Even before 2008 BERSIH has been demanding EC to improve. What's the reason for the last minute dialog? To call of the rally?

What's the use of a meeting, with no action taken or changes made...

More important is to make immediate changes as DEMANDED by the RAKYAT!

If its a meeting then RELEASE ALL that was ARRESTED! Government & EC must make the change immidiately.

Arresting opposition leaders is also another political move by BN to cripple the opposition...

    Online petition for BERSIH 2.0

Sign up for a FREE and FAIR Election.

    Using EO is Bullshit!!!

BERSIH only said its a peaceful walk for free and fair election and are ARRESTED!

PERKASA threaten the safety of the RAKYAT, threaten to use FORCE! YET no action was taken...

PATRIOT threaten that they will use Silat to fight those that support the walk for free and fair election...YET no action was taken...

PERKASA and PATRIOT has rally twice at PKR office and Penang. Destroying properties and disturbing the safety of public...

WHY NO ACTION TAKEN BY THE POLICE AGAINST THEM?

ANSWER, police is taking DIRECT orders from BN! That's the truth and that's the fact...

This shows the lack of credibility of PDRM...

    PDRM IS ABUSING POWER!
    BN IS ABUSING POWER!

    My view on BERSIH 2.0

    The name says it all...

Bersih @ Clean for a Free and Fair Election

The 8 points that was mentioned by BERSIH are things that could improve our country.

    1. Clean the electoral roll
    2. Reform postal ballot
    3. Use of indelible ink
    4. Minimum 21 days campaign period
    5. Free and fair access to media
    6. Strengthen public institutions
    7.Stop corruption
    8. Stop dirty politics

Any normal person will agree with all the 8 points. However, the strange thing about the whole event is that our so called government aka Barisan Nasional said BERSIH is illegal. HUH? How can standing for what is correct, right, truthful and clean to be illegal?

Ironic enough BN crook, Hishammuddin said that this action is going against the government? On top of that, another BN crook, Ibrahim Ali who is the leader of perkasa threatens that he will use force and violence to stop BERSIH. Then came another crazy BN crook call Ali Rustam from patriot is threatening that he and his Silat members will fight against BERSIH and still have vendetta of May 13.

    1) Hishammuddin is afraid, BN too. So they abuse power and arrest the innocents.
    2) Ibrahim Ali is full of crap. Basically he is an extremist who is dividing the Malays and causing racial tension in the country.
    3. Ali Rustam is just being a moron, dude this is 21 century. No more Hang Tuah or Wong Fei Hong era.

So lets be rational, we are all Malaysians regardless of race. You may be Chinese, Malay, Indian or even other race BUT we are still Malaysians. If someone were to arrest or threaten your son, daughter, sister, brother, father, mother, cousin, uncle or grandmother for voicing out the truth. What will you do?

That's the reason why we have BERSIH! To stand up for what is right and true. Yet we are doing it peacefully without using force, without threatening, without violence. All we need to do is to walk peacefully together as Malaysian in Yellow colour T-Shirt.

So I am urging all Malaysians to come out together on 9 July 2011 for a free and fair election, for our nation and for our future generation.

    Resurrect from being block!!!

In 2008, my blog was one of the active and most view blog on the net with 2000-5000 viewers a day. Everything on this page is on Malaysian politics and nothing more. But guess what, It was block for 2 freaking years! I never knew why. Anyway, I am back for good.
YES! I support for a free and fair election. I support for a Malaysia to be a country without Racism, Abusing of power and corruption. I know many will agree with me on this, even the youth will also agree too.

    To cut this short!!!

    Lets ROCK and ROLL!!!
